Binning joined Encompix in April 2004 as the director of pre-sales consulting and achieved year-over-year sales growth in 2004, 2005, and 2006. In January 2006, he accepted the added responsibility of product management. As a product manager, Binning facilitated strategic technology partnerships and worked directly with customers and developers to create a vision for future releases of the Encompix solution. "Eric's leadership has been instrumental in expanding our solution to project-based manufacturers throughout the United States and Canada," said Stewart, who was recently promoted from general manager of Encompix to vice president of industry solutions for M2M Holdings. As general manager, Eric will be able to apply his deep product knowledge, industry familiarity and commitment to customer satisfaction to the strategic growth and development of the business." Prior to joining Encompix, Binning managed a regional technology consulting practice, specializing in manufacturing and project management ERP solutions. While there, Binning was responsible for all aspects of the Microsoft Business Solutions technology consulting practice, including managing three full-time consultants, over 50 client sites, and marketing the firm's services to prospective clients. Binning holds12 Microsoft Professional certifications and is proficient in five unique ERP solutions, two databases, and several reporting tools. Binning received his bachelor of arts in accounting from Cedarville University.
